At the same time as prescribed at Point b, Clause 2, Article 66 of Decree 139/2017 / ND-CP: Violating regulations on management and use of apartment buildings, a fine of from VND 30,000,000 to VND 40,000,000 VND for acts of using an apartment for non-residential purposes.
Thus, according to the provisions of law, enterprises are not allowed to use apartments to serve as headquarters for their businesses.
